Development of Additional Plan SavingsEarly Retiree and Dependent Family Member AdvocacyFocused on early retirees and their dependent family members, this high touch service identifies individuals or their dependents, which left the workforce healthy but become disabled after leaving employment. Once we determine Social Security disability benefits are appropriate, we assist these pension plan and group health plan participants throughout the entire filing process to ensure the greatest likelihood of Social Security disability and Medicare awards. These individuals cannot be found through the Voluntary Data Sharing Agreement because they are not yet eligible for Medicare since they haven’t filed nor have they been found to be disabled under the Social Security Administration guidelines. New conversion opportunities are developed through a targeted survey and interview process of the pre-65 retiree population. The same $8,000 average future annual savings can be achieved with these developed opportunities as with those found through the Voluntary Data Sharing Agreement. Retiree Social Security Disability Advocacy services focus on:

Disability Retiree Advocacy and TrackingThis service is designed to assist individuals who retire on employer-sponsored disability plans, gain access to Social Security disability and Medicare benefits. In many cases, these pension plan and group health plan participants are not aware they qualify for these benefits. Our proprietary process identifies these cases and tracks status and other important information for effective future benefit coordination.
